A Bangalore-based tech firm Mango Man Consumer Electronics recently launched the Chromecast-like Teewe 2 in India. The company is now offering the device at a discounted price of Rs. 2,099 with the purchase of any television of 32 inches or above on Flipkart. The offer is valid till July 31, 2015.
Teewe is an Indian alternative to Google's popular Chromecast dongle which allows HDMI streaming of web content from any device to a TV. Teewe too comes with similar functions, along with some additional features, which as per the company are specially designed for the Indian audience.
Teewe 2 is an updated version which comes with improved features. It supports HDMI port, Full HD wireless streaming, and USB. It works with all devices including mobiles and Laptops, and supports all kinds of files for videos, photos and music. It can be connected via Wi-Fi as well. The device runs on an upgraded Quad-core GPU. It is otherwise priced for Rs. 2,399. Those interested can purchase the device on Flipkart from here.
